Refund/Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforethe scheduled cleaning appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may besubject to a cancellation fee of [Specify Amount orPercentage].

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged thefull service amount.

Refunds If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning.

We will arrange a recall cleaning to address any concerns at no extra charge.
